Research Experience:

Dr. Hong-wei Yen now is served as a professor in Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering, Tunghai University, Taiwan. He received his Ph.D degree from Biosystems Department, Clemson University, USA in 2004. His research field focused on the development of fermentation process, especially on the anaerobic digestion, microbial oils fermentation, the applications of microalgae on wastewater treatment and varied biofuels production. Since 2010, he has published over 40 papers related to the fermentation process development.
